We work with you to create real equity, not just meet diversity metrics.
We are steadfast in our belief that being well is a human right—a right that should be available to all, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, or gender identity.
And yet we exist within systems and structures that hinder the right to be well for some of us. The continued fight for Black lives and the chaos unleashed by the global pandemic have unearthed just how much sustained work is necessary in the quest for real liberation.
Founder Sinikiwe Stephanie Dhliwayo has over a decade of experience working as an Art Director in the photography and publishing industries. Her creative expertise, along with hands-on experience managing yoga studios and teaching yoga and meditation to adults and children, allows her to construct practical, long-term solutions that ultimately enable the wellness of BIPOC.
Sinikiwe embodies the eight limbs of yoga through ongoing self inquiry and a teaching practice that centers social justice, anti-racism, and trauma sensitivity. As a Black woman living in the US, she knows firsthand how it feels to be stripped of your agency to determine what well-being means to you. She actively chooses to channel her hurt and frustration at the system into action—which is how our consulting services came about.
As a consultant, we help other businesses create parity in their services and spaces. We want to create the container for BIPOC to be well, no matter where they are. We would love to hear from you if your goals align with being accessible, anti-racist, and inclusive—and if you understand that these goals transcend the optics of diversification for marketing purposes.

TESTIMONIALS
I had an incredible experience working with Sinkiwe through my company, SKY TING, a NYC based yoga studio, and online platform. From combing through and giving feedback on our public-facing assets to working with our employees both in group and individually, she asks tough questions and helps illuminate blind spots so that as a company and individuals we can show up with more awareness in creating accessible, inclusive, and anti-racist spaces. As a white-owned business in a white-washed industry, Sinikiwe speaks from the heart, without giving you a pass. Don't expect the work to be easy or quick, but if you're committed to creating safe spaces and holding yourself and others you work with accountable, she gracefully holds up the mirror to show the different ways systemic racism and white supremacy show up, and how as a company there are options and ways to break free and move forward.

Sinikiwe is a true gift to the wellness community. Her lifelong commitment to wellness for all and the work she does to bring that commitment to life, irrevocably transforms individuals, communities and organizations no matter where they are on their anti-racism journey. It has been a true honor to learn from and collaborate with her. And if that weren't enough, her impeccable taste and her eye are definitely worth celebrating too.
